Rules and Safety

Hello and welcome on board!

We're happy to have you with us on the river. Before we start the ride, please read a few important rules. These help keep everyone safe and make sure the trip is fun for you and for others.

No need to worry - the rules are simple. Just don't jump, don't shout, and please be nice! We want you to enjoy the beauty of Prague without any accidents or surprises.

Thanks for following the rules - now let's enjoy the ride!

  • Listen to the captain's instructions

The captain is responsible for your safety and has the right to refuse to sail or end the voyage early if he is unable to ensure it.

  • Do not jump on board

The ship is in constant motion, which you cannot accurately predict. Even if you feel safe, the possibility of injury cannot be avoided. For the same reason, do not jump on board when boarding.

  • Do not jump off the ship into the water

Our ships are not designed for swimming, and this is also quite dangerous in the area of our route due to the high traffic. You never know what dangers lurk below the surface, from stones to broken glass or abandoned scooters.

  • Do not be noisy

Even on a ship, you are still in the city center. We want to give other tourists the opportunity to experience Prague from the deck of the ship. That is why we also try to be good neighbors to people on other ships, captains, residents of houses on the embankment and visitors to restaurants near the river.

  • Don't whistle

Whistling is very unpleasant not only for people on board and can be heard very far away.

  • Don't shout

Don't shout at people on shore or on other ships.

  • Behave decently

Attention! Public outrage is also punishable in the Czech Republic!

Don't do things that you would be ashamed of in your own country.
