Like other city tours and outdoor experiences, our rides operate in normal weather conditions, including rain. All boats are equipped with a roof that provides protection from rain. We only remove the roof in good weather. In case of extreme weather conditions affecting safety, we will inform you and offer a suitable solution.

Yes! If your group has 12 people, we can accommodate you on one Cycle Boat or Tiki Boat for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to arrange your booking.

We’ve got you covered. All boats are equipped with Bluetooth speakers, so you can play your own music. Alternatively, the captain can also act as a DJ.

Yes, you can pay in cash at our Ticket Office: Týnská 639/4, Prague 1 (just off Old Town Square), open daily from 09:00 to 22:00. We also have an ATM available on site.

Please note that during the high season, our boat rides are frequently sold out in advance. Availability at the office is very limited, and walk-in bookings cannot be guaranteed.

To avoid missing out, we strongly recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Yes, our boats are suitable for families, including children, school trips, and birthday celebrations. Children are welcome on all tours when accompanied by an adult.

Yes, food and drinks can be pre-ordered with us. If you have any special requests not covered by our extra packages, please feel free to contact us.

Yes, you can secure your booking with just a 50% deposit.

This is the best way to lock in your preferred date and time, especially during high season when availability is limited.

To arrange a deposit payment, please contact us directly and we will assist you with the booking. The remaining balance can be paid before the start of your ride.

A toilet is available on board our Tiki Boat and Private Boat.

For Cycle Boats and Beer Boats, there is no toilet on board. However, a toilet is available at the dock (meeting point).

Please note that for Cycle Boats and Beer Boats, if you wish to use the toilet during the ride, we would need to return to the meeting point, which may affect the duration of your experience.

Yes, extended time is possible by booking two time slots back-to-back. Please note that it is not possible to extend the ride by shorter increments (e.g. 30 minutes). No discounts apply for extended bookings.

YAll rides include unlimited beer (except the Party Boat, which includes unlimited beer and prosecco). If you prefer, you can switch to 7 bottles of prosecco or 15 litres of cider—just mention your preference in the comments when making your payment. You can also add extra prosecco or cider on the booking page if you’d like to have both.
